Tarrytown Halloween Parade 2013

The best of "Boo" was seen and heard by the large turnout of people who lined the streets in Tarrytown on Saturday, October 26. Bands played, people marched and onlookers applauded. A block party ensued and the festivities rolled into the evening. Some great shots from the Parade are below.
